Land of Sand

A civilian country with a famous daimyo, known for their carpenters. They have a good relationship with Konoha.

Mori Village

The capital of Sand Country, where the daimyo resides. The most famous family of carpenters in the country also reside in Mori Village, and are said to have been the primary force behind the construction of the village back when it was founded.


Mount Myoboku

Also known as the 'Land of the Toads', Mount Myoboku is the legendary mountain from where it is said the Legendary Sannin Jiraiya's toad summons originate. According to the toads who are willing to say anything about its location, the mountain itself is impossible to locate without knowing a precise and secret path to take to find it, and if traveled to the regular way, the path would take months to travel. Its location is, therefore, unknown.

Land of the Moon

A small crescent shaped island, home to a thriving economy and a small hidden village. It uses a different currency than ryou for its transactions. Its lord was peaceful and kind, but was recently overthrown by his ambitious adviser. The son of the lord and his grandson are on a long trek across the shinobi world, using the country's riches to build a grand caravan of goods and luxuries, including a circus. It is unlikely the two intend to return any time soon, considering the fate of their family back home.

Hidden Village - Getsugakure

The hidden village of the Land of the Moon. Its shinobi take part in the Chuunin exams. Little is known of the shinobi specialties, but they seem uninterested in the politics involving the civilian side of the government, readily following whichever ruler happens to be in place at the moment. It's unknown if the Three Wandering Ninja had any original affiliation with the village, but if so, it would suggest the village specializes in genjutsu and taijutsu.
